Melanie Bieber, LPC
Melanie Bieber is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in New Jersey with over a decade of experience working with young children, tweens and adults. She began her career working with children in schools and, along the way, developed a love for supporting the adults who care for those children. Melanie believes that exploring strengths and struggles in therapy is key to understanding how to move forward in a way that works for each client and those closest to them.
In addition to clinical work, Melanie is passionate about discussing the realities and complexities of raising children in our fast-paced world, while still recognizing adults’ needs and the importance of taking care of themselves. In addition to her one-on-one therapy sessions, she enjoys running workshops for companies, organizations and schools and is available to participate in professional development workshops, speaking engagements, webinars and podcasts.
Melanie Bieber, LPC received her Master’s in Philosophy of Education in Counseling and Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania. She also earned a Master’s of Science in Education in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Stacey Needleman, LCSW
Stacey Needleman is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a broad history of supporting individuals across the lifespan. Drawing from an eclectic approach, she incorporates frameworks such as Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology, offering clients personalized therapeutic techniques designed to meet their unique needs. Stacey is passionate about empowering others to navigate challenges, gain clarity, and tap into their own strength.
Her career began with a focus on individuals and families dealing with chronic illness. With specialized training in grief and loss, she then expanded her practice to include bereavement, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and self-exploration. Additionally, Stacey applies the teachings of John Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples break down barriers and communicate more effectively in a safe and meaningful way.
Stacey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ithaca College, her Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University, and her Master of Social Work from New York University. She furthered her education with a postgraduate fellowship in Bereavement and End-of-Life Care. Stacey’s research interests include bereavement, chronic illness, and neurodevelopment. She has written articles and lectured on topics such as relationship strategies, coping with chronic illness, and traumatic loss.
